Perfect Peace

This Season I pray each and everyone of us a deep inner sacred union with perfect peace. No matter what Faith or belief we may have, we can "all" join in The Divine Truth of our Higher Power's loving peace. Lets us no debate over what folks believe or not believe. Let us allow for the birth of perfect peace to flow from us to all around us. Let there "BE" peace on Earth and let it begin within! Miracles are expressions of "Love"

It is not the words that are spoken as much as the unspoken words that extend the Miracle. The unspoken word is "Love". Extending Love offers the Miracle. Love is demonstrated from an inward posture that we have on the inside. The four absolutes of The Oxford group offer a beautiful suggestion for that inward posture  Which are: Purity, unselfishness, honesty, love. Living Divine Presence

Relax-pray-receive

I learned along time ago that stunt men and women must relax there entire body and mind to do those wild tricks we see on the TV. This actually prevents them from hurting themselves when we see them fall down an entire flight of stairs. It really is amazing if we think on this for a bit.  So how can we live each day in such a relaxed, prayerful and open position so we do not get bumped and bruised? Simple! Prayer/meditation and self examination is the way to deep emotional and physical harmony and wellness.  We ask God to cause us to be willing to live a life of full surrender to Divine Will. We relax to receive the gift that keeps on giving us the GRACE. Step 7-prayer  "My Creator, I am now willing that you should have all of me, good and bad. I pray that you now remove from me every single defect of character which stands in the way of my usefulness to you and my fellows. Grant me strength, as I go out from here, to do your bidding. Amen. Love is silent

Truth sets free

Watch and observe. Pause and pray. Desire to loose interest in false egoic idols. They offer nothing, because they come from nothing. Only Truth remains the same, unchanging eternally. A grateful heart is a healed heart

Love is cultivated in gratefulness. When the heart is filled with gratitude it is truly over flowing with love. This only occurs in the moment we are in. There may be times when our humaness appears to have gotten hurt by something someone said. Are we not to complain, or shall we say, do a spiritual bypass? No! What we can do is tell on ourselves how we feel to someone we trust. Right after we have shared, do an add on of gratitude to the statement.  This can be a great gratitude practice (daily), and it really works. Here is an example: I shared recently with a friend~of a person coming into our apartment complex driveway at 2:15AM EST with a super loud muffler that shook my bones out of sleep along with other folks that live here. It was annoying, "AND" I am so grateful that I get to share this with a mighty spiritual companion, and ask my self if I have ever done something similar in the past. When we add the "AND" after the share with a gratitude statement it heals our heart into it's proper place~ Accepting reality as it is. Relax-feel to heal~ Forgive and love! A THANKFUL HEART I try to hold fast to the truth that a full and thankful heart cannot entertain great conceits. When brimming with gratitude, one's heartbeat must surely result in outgoing love, the finest emotion that we can ever know. A Calm mind is a discerning one

A calm mind is the result of emotional balance and deep inner healing from old wounds, traumas, addictions and what ever else. We never walk alone in this scared journey of growing up and being in the image of God. Our Divine Creator is shaping us and molding us into a purpose driven life. Pray to loose interest in being driven by various manifestations of self and discernment naturally follows. One day at a time We recover! A Course in Miracles ⁶The certain are perfectly calm, because they are not in doubt.  (ACIM, T-7.III.5:6) ~~~~~~~~~~~~ ACA-Yellow book (pg. 159-step-10) Discernment comes from inside and is the breath of God guiding us to do the right thing. We know what to do in a given situation when our breathing matches God's breathing. In comparison, with control our breathing is often unnatural and short. There is constriction in the body. We feel driven and fixed without a sense of having real choices when we operate from rigid control. We speak without thinking, and we feel embarrassed. We then punish ourselves harshly and apologize to others a lot. We hold unpurged resentments. With discernment, we refrain from saying something off color or acting impulsively on a given situation. Discernment means we know who we are. We trust ourselves at last. Inner joy

With what appears to be much uncertainty in the world, nothing can remove the inner joy that resides within your Spirit. God has Graced us all with a Spirit of Joy, not a Spirit of fear. The willingness to let go of false dependencies is vital for joys arrival.

The more we rest and nurture ourselves in prayer and meditation the more we experience this sacred joy-NOW!
