Ever notice how the ever changing world can affect us and throw us off center? How do we remain centered, grounded and joy filled in an ever fast paced, changing world? Well, first of all keep it in the day and some times simply keeping it in the now moment is best. Without a constant, consistent Spiritual practice it will be most difficult to remain centered, and we sure will not be perfect, however there is nothing incorrect about moving in that direction of perfection. Our Spirit Self is always in a state of perfection and in Grace. As we root ourselves in Spiritual practice and flow in that rhythm it becomes easier and easier to stay centered. Be gentle, but be firm in the consistency. It will always work when we stay willing. Surrender to God's Holy Spirit. In truth, let the Spirit do the work and the body will follow.

The hush of Heaven holds my heart today.
Father, how still today! How quietly do all things fall in place! This is the day that has been chosen as the time in which I come to understand the lesson that there is no need that I do anything. In You is every choice already made. In You has every conflict been resolved. In You is everything I hope to find already given me. Your peace is mine. My heart is quiet, and my mind at rest. Your Love is Heaven, and Your Love is mine.
The stillness of today will give us hope that we have found the way, and travelled far along it to a wholly certain goal. Today we will not doubt the end which God Himself has promised us. We trust in Him, and in our Self, Who still is One with Him.
