True forgiveness is not pardon, for to pardon is still to hold a slight charge around the grievance. True forgiveness is to bless the other and change the inner condition that held the resentment. This happens by Grace! The Power of God goes deep and the gift of forgiveness is an act of surrender into the Power that transforms that energy into pure love.
