Let go and move on

Daily light meditation Never give any wiggle room for the ego to build a story around a person, place or thing. When a disturbance seems to appear, ask God to be with you right away. Become aware of God's Presence and enter into the Divine Truth of the situation. It is God's light that shines into the darkness of the self made ego. It is only God's light that dispels it. Stop story building around everything and rest in Heavens Home that is alive on the inside! Daily light meditation

Can we accept how much our Creator loves us? This love is not based on performance, but based on infinite love that simply keeps giving.

May we embrace a gentle and kind view of ourselves. We may make mistakes, but we are not one. And so let gentleness and kindness bless our world and let it begin within!

I can be hurt by nothing but my thoughts.

1. Father, Your Son is perfect. When I think that I am hurt in any way, it is because I have forgotten who I am, and that I am as You created me. Your Thoughts can only bring me happiness. If ever I am sad or hurt or ill, I have forgotten what You think, and put my little meaningless ideas in place of where Your Thoughts belong, and where they are. I can be hurt by nothing but my thoughts. The Thoughts I think with You can only bless. The Thoughts I think with You alone are true.

2. I will not hurt myself today. For I am far beyond all pain. My Father placed me safe in Heaven, watching over me. And I would not attack the Son He loves, for what He loves is also mine to love.

Stillness restores us into God

The chaos of the world is a mere reflection of the inner pollution we carry that is projected outward. The more we clean up the inner landscape of our soul the more we shall see dramatic shifts upon our Earth. Choose to be still and allow for God's healing love to sweep away the obstacles to truth. Be still an instant and come Home. God is love and our Home is in Him. Seek not to get distracted by this world of glitter and stimulus (good or bad). Merely seek to return to the perfect rest of God. Our Home is not here, it is with God and we remain always in His love. Fullness of God

What profit do we get by holding on to unhealthy emotions (anger-unforgiveness-fear-etc)? None. These will keep us unhealthy in every way. Ask for the spirit of God to cause willingness within our heart, mind, and soul.The willingness to be ready, and made holy whole and to let go of all the heavy emotional baggage. When we become empty, God makes us full.
