Inner joy

With what appears to be much uncertainty in the world, nothing can remove the inner joy that resides within your Spirit. God has Graced us all with a Spirit of Joy, not a Spirit of fear. The willingness to let go of false dependencies is vital for joys arrival.

The more we rest and nurture ourselves in prayer and meditation the more we experience this sacred joy-NOW!

Proverbs 17:22

Raise your gaze

Daily light meditation

Can we accept how much our Creator loves us? This love is not based on performance, but based on infinite love that simply keeps giving.

May we embrace a gentle and kind view of ourselves. We may make mistakes, but we are not one. And so let gentleness and kindness bless our world and let it begin within!

I can be hurt by nothing but my thoughts.

1. Father, Your Son is perfect. When I think that I am hurt in any way, it is because I have forgotten who I am, and that I am as You created me. Your Thoughts can only bring me happiness. If ever I am sad or hurt or ill, I have forgotten what You think, and put my little meaningless ideas in place of where Your Thoughts belong, and where they are. I can be hurt by nothing but my thoughts. The Thoughts I think with You can only bless. The Thoughts I think with You alone are true.

2. I will not hurt myself today. For I am far beyond all pain. My Father placed me safe in Heaven, watching over me. And I would not attack the Son He loves, for what He loves is also mine to love.

Stillness restores us into God

The chaos of the world is a mere reflection of the inner pollution we carry that is projected outward. Be still an instant

Be still an instant and come Home. God is love and our Home is in Him. Seek not to get distracted by this world of glitter and stimulus (good or bad). Merely seek to return to the perfect rest of God. Our Home is not here, it is with God and we remain always in His love. Wise and wonderful

Wisdom is a generous divine gift of the spirit. Wisdom is gifted through utter abandonment to our Creator.  Seek first the Kingdom of God and all else will be given. Open and willing

When we close ourselves off in our own limited perception and refuse to understand someone else's point of view we close ourselves to love. Remain open and willing to accept that someone else may have a different point of view and idea about life, God and what ever else. It is not about the either/or mentality, but about acceptance! We must resign ourselves from debating with others. 

Love one another and enjoy that which is the same and different.

Let it be

When we let things be as they are without attempting to manage it ourselves, divine wisdom always enters in. Our ego always makes feeble attempts to run the show and this only offers disturbance to our soul. The answer always remains to be fully God dependent. How do we do this? We don't God does when we become willing and open to grace. We are enough

Some times the real problems we think we have are merely due to a false concept that we simply are not enough. We may spend much time comparaing ourselves to others, which is a deadly game. We may spend time thinking we need to do more so God can be pleased with us-which is merely a step 2 issue (recovery program-step 2 is-“Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.”). When we experience God's presence, we simply know we need not do anything, but give thanks for His perfect love. We are enough because God is enough. We need look no further, but surrender to truth.  God is "love" and therefore so are we. Matthew 5:48 Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. We are enough

Take a leap

When we resist~what ever it is will persist. Resistance to what "is" and the out right refusing to be willing to change is deadly. One small resistance can lock it self in the body and can cause pain, suffering and inability to move freely. Make no mistake about this spiritual truth. One small area in our life that we refuse to grow and change in can cost "exponentially". Best to stop resisting and defending-it destroys us mentally-physically-emotionally-spiritually. Change that is now-is theanswer. God makes it possible when we are "ready" to make the leap.

Ecclesiastes 10

Father of light

We often let any old thing fly out of our mouth, than we excuse it by saying we are only human. We are more than conquerors through Christ (Romans 8:37). We cannot, but, God can. Surrender, "be" present to the "I AM-that God IS".

 The tongue cannot be tamed (James 3:8).

Ephesians 4:29

9 Let no foul or polluting language, nor evil word nor unwholesome or worthless talk [ever] come out of your mouth, but only such [speech] as is good and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others, as is fitting to the need and the occasion, that it may be a blessing and give grace (God’s favor) to those who hear it.

Spot check your self through out the day-admit when incorrect-flip-switch-turn to the Father of light in all things. Leave troubles and mistakes behind, and do not look back. All things dissolve in light.

Embrace the grace

The outside world reflects what is inside. The more we release the blocks we may cling to on the inside the more the beauty of the real world is held in view. Embrace the grace and God blesses us with clear Christ vision.

Lesson 189 (acim-paragraph-5-6)

I feel the Love of God within me now.

What would you see? The choice is given you. But learn and do not let your mind forget this law of seeing: You will look upon that which you feel within. If hatred finds a place within your heart, you will perceive a fearful world, held cruelly in death's sharp-pointed, bony fingers. If you feel the Love of God within you, you will look out on a world of mercy and of love. 

Today we pass illusions, as we seek to reach to what is true in us, and feel its all-embracing tenderness, its Love which knows us perfect as itself, its sight which is the gift its Love bestows on us. We learn the way today. It is as sure as Love itself, to which it carries us. For its simplicity avoids the snares the foolish convolutions of the world's apparent reasoning but serve to hide.

Love and Grace

• • When we fully know and experience who we are in God all ego illusions flee as if they never existed in the first place. And indeed they were merely shadows which amount to nothing (no-thing) as is an idol. We return Home to love when we accept the love we "are"
  Ephesians 2:4-10

4 But God, being rich in faithful love, through the great love with which he loved us,

5 even when we were dead in our sins, brought us to life with Christ -- it is through grace that you have been saved-

6 and raised us up with him and gave us a place with him in heaven, in Christ Jesus.

7 This was to show for all ages to come, through his goodness towards us in Christ Jesus, how extraordinarily rich he is in grace.

8 Because it is by grace that you have been saved, through faith; not by anything of your own, but by a gift from God;

9 not by anything that you have done, so that nobody can claim the credit.

10 We are God's work of art, created in Christ Jesus for the good works which God has already designated to make up our way of life.
