7. Praying to Christ in anyone is true prayer because it is a gift of thanks to His Father. ²To ask that Christ be but Himself is not an entreaty. ³It is a song of thanksgiving for what you are. ⁴Herein lies the power of prayer. ⁵It asks nothing and receives everything. ⁶This prayer can be shared because it receives for everyone. ⁷To pray with one who knows that this is true is to be answered. ⁸Perhaps the specific form of resolution for a specific problem will occur to either of you; it does not matter which. ⁹Perhaps it will reach both, if you are genuinely attuned to one another. ¹⁰It will come because you have realized that Christ is in both of you. ¹¹That is its only truth.

10. What Is the Last Judgment?

1. Christ’s Second Coming gives the Son of God this gift: to hear the Voice for God proclaim that what is false is false, and what is true has never changed. ²And this the judgment is in which perception ends. ³At first you see a world that has accepted this as true, projected from a now corrected mind. ⁴And with this holy sight, perception gives a silent blessing and then disappears, its goal accomplished and its mission done.

I will step back and let Him lead the way.

1. There is a way of living in the world that is not here, although it seems to be. ²You do not change appearance, though you smile more frequently. ³Your forehead is serene; your eyes are quiet. ⁴And the ones who walk the world as you do recognize their own. ⁵Yet those who have not yet perceived the way will recognize you also, and believe that you are like them, as you were before.

2. The world is an illusion. ²Those who choose to come to it are seeking for a place where they can be illusions, and avoid their own reality. ³Yet when they find their own reality is even here, then they step back and let it lead the way. ⁴What other choice is really theirs to make? ⁵To let illusions walk ahead of truth is madness. ⁶But to let illusion sink behind the truth and let the truth stand forth as what it is, is merely sanity.

When the mental activity in the head is non stop chatter, there will be no access to Divine wisdom.

The vital practice of emptying one's self of egoic noise and mental chatter is key to peace NOW.

We will of course move along the spiritual journey and try many things to cease mental chatter.

Here is a simple formula-

Step 1-Admit we are powerless over the egoic noise and its unmanageability

Step 2-Only God will restore the mind to perfect peace and harmony.

Step 3-Turn it all over in non-judgmental awareness to God's care.

Surrender by allowing the noise to burn off while resting in the still quiet center of being present.

Be gentle by forgiving the mental noise and the false images.

Judge not what can never be true.

Eventually all that shall remain is the sweet embrace of loves peace.

Divine wisdom is born.

Silence listens and then inspires!

11. God’s Son will always be indivisible. ²As we are held as one in God, so do we learn as one in Him. ³God’s Teacher is as like to His Creator as is His Son, and through His Teacher does God proclaim His Oneness and His Son’s. ⁴Listen in silence, and do not raise your voice against Him. ⁵For He teaches the miracle of oneness, and before His lesson division disappears. ⁶Teach like Him here, and you will remember that you have always created like your Father. ⁷The miracle of creation has never ceased, having the holy stamp of immortality upon it. ⁸This is the Will of God for all creation, and all creation joins in willing this.

12. Those who remember always that they know nothing, and who have become willing to learn everything, will learn it.²But whenever they trust themselves, they will not learn. ³They have destroyed their motivation for learning by thinking they already know. ⁴Think not you understand anything until you pass the test of perfect peace, for peace and understanding go together and never can be found alone. ⁵Each brings the other with it, for it is the law of God they be not separate. ⁶They are cause and effect, each to the other, so where one is absent the other cannot be.

The Presence

Awake, aware, alive.

In This Moment recognize the Presence of God in the Sun.

In This Moment recognize the Presence of God in a blade of grass.

In This Moment recognize the Presence of God within.

In This Moment recognize the Presence of God in others.

In this moment recognize the Presence of God beyond the ego's veiling.

In this moment accept the purification of all ego perceptions, and gaze upon the things of the Earth that are mere echoes of the Presence of God.

It is not the echo that matters,

it is only the Presence of GOD that does.

Be still and rest in God's Presence.

You cannot, then, ask for the echo. ²It is the song that is the gift. ³Along with it come the overtones, the harmonics, the echoes, but these are secondary. ⁴In true prayer you hear only the song. ⁵All the rest is merely added. ⁶You have sought first the Kingdom of Heaven, and all else has indeed been given you.

2. The basic decision of the miracle-minded is not to wait on time any longer than is necessary. ²Time can waste as well as be wasted. ³The miracle worker, therefore, accepts the time-control factor gladly. ⁴He recognizes that every collapse of time brings everyone closer to the ultimate release from time, in which the Son and the Father are One. ⁵

5. Delay is of the ego, because time is its concept. ²Both time and delay are meaningless in eternity. ³I have said before that the Holy Spirit is God’s Answer to the ego. ⁴Everything of which the Holy Spirit reminds you is in direct opposition to the ego’s notions, because true and false perceptions are themselves opposed. ⁵The Holy Spirit has the task of undoing what the ego has made. ⁶He undoes it at the same level on which the ego operates, or the mind would be unable to understand the change.

6. I have repeatedly emphasized that one level of the mind is not understandable to another. ²So it is with the ego and the Holy Spirit; with time and eternity. ³Eternity is an idea of God, so the Holy Spirit understands it perfectly. ⁴Time is a belief of the ego, so the lower mind, which is the ego’s domain, accepts it without question. ⁵The only aspect of time that is eternal is now.
